My approach to yoga is simple:

Using the timeless practices of yoga, consider me your guide into a state of expanded awareness. My classes offer opportunities for you to balance your energy, release stagnation and strengthen your connection to yourself and your body.

Deep Healing Yin

4:30pm PST on Wednesdays @Vibes Yoga

Yin yoga works by stretching the connective tissue and joints of the body. It helps you increase your mobility while also benefiting joint health. By holding poses for several minutes, muscles relax, stress is released, connective tissue is stretched and strengthened. It soothes your mind through meditation and stillness. The class is great for when your body is super tight from a lot of exercise or activity. It is very beneficial for students who lack mobility and for those who need to modify their yoga practice due to age, pregnancy, body type or injury. Accessible for all levels.

Heated Vinyasa

12pm PST on Fridays @Vibes Yoga

Consciously linking the movement of the body with the movement of breath. This class is a dynamic and flowing practice which leads you through a balanced series of postures to strengthen and build flexibility, promoting physical stamina and a sense of deep inner calm. Open to all levels. Class is taught in a heated room.

Align and Flow

9am PST on Sundays @Vibes Yoga

Align & Flow is a physically challenging, intelligently designed class for all levels of yoga practitioners. Each class is tailored around the needs of the participants and generally includes breath work, core strengthening and a flowing vinyasa practice that sets you up perfectly for peak poses and challenging sequences. This class also teaches the fundamentals of bigger poses like crow, side crow, titibasana, handstand and forearm balance.

Yoga Private Lessons

A yoga private lesson is the perfect way to deepen your yoga practice. If you are struggling with a nagging injury, seeking to understand some of the intricacies and importance of alignment or would like to learn how to modify your practice for age, pregnancy, body type or injury a yoga private lesson can help! Enjoy a full hour of trusted, experienced guidance from an expert yoga instructor.
