Booking Conditions

Please take the time to read and understand the conditions for Go Pro with Reiki Mentorship Program (hereafter referred to as “Mentorship Program”) offered by Carrie Varela, DBA Reiki Healing Society (hereafter referred to as “Reiki Healing Society”).

When I commit to working with a mentorship client I take steps to make sure we are both in integrity and alignment. It means that we have both committed to showing up, learning, growing, and communicating with each other.

This is a commitment I do not take lightly.

When a client steps into process with me, I know they have made a profound commitment to themselves and their Reiki business. They are ready to declare more for themselves on all levels of body and life. I am in awe of the clients I work with for this reason. I know what it takes to get to this point on one's path and I know the immense courage it takes to show up even when it feels hard.

I am committed to offering you my best resources and information that I have available to me at the time of product delivery. I offer this program using trauma informed and decolonization principles in the work we do together.

If at any time you feel discomfort or have a problem during the Mentorship Program, it is your responsibility to voice your concerns.

Please understand that working together in the context of the Go Pro with Reiki Mentorship Program is a spiritual and legal binding contract.

Scope of the Program

Classes begin January 7th, 2025 and will complete December 31, 2025.

You are committing to a full payment of $1,495 (Early Bird Pricing) or $1,795 (Regular Pricing) for the Go Pro with Reiki Mentorship Program.

Payment plans are available:
Four Payments of $475 ($395 Early Bird)

Nine Payments of $215 ($180 Early Bird)

You are committing to twelve months of active course work in the Mentorship Program.

We meet for live group class the first Tuesday of every month at 5:30pm PST via Zoom.

We meet for monthly Reiki practice circles on the third Monday of every month at 5:30pm PST via Zoom.

You will receive six private 90 minute mentorship sessions with Carrie. You are responsible to schedule these sessions on a regular basis within the course container of the year 2025.

You will receive three private 60 minute remote Reiki treatments with Carrie. You are responsible to schedule these sessions on a regular basis within the course container of the year 2025.

You have lifetime access to the Mentorship Program resources although at some point you may be required to download this information to your device(s) should you wish to keep the information.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you miss classes and course work, or private sessions, please note that you will still be charged for this course process.

If you need to change your private session day/time please let me know within 48 hours. I do not offer last minute rescheduling outside of emergencies. Please commit to your session time and make it a priority.

If I have an emergency and can't make our session time, I will do my best to let you know as swiftly as I can. I will find a time to reschedule you as quickly as possible.

Payment agreement

You have committed to the Go Pro with Reiki Mentorship course at the time of registration. Full payment is due whether you choose to show up for the program or not.

Please note that if you choose to discontinue the Mentorship Program at any point, you will still be charged for the program.

This payment agreement is a legal binding contract. A failure to make timely payments can result in legal action.

Late or missed payments will be charged a late fee of $50.

Please mark your calendar with your payment dates and make sure funds are available in your bank account. Fees will be assessed if a payment is not made on your scheduled payment date. If you need to change your payment date, a 7 day notice is required.

I do not offer returns or refunds on products and services. I consider payment an agreement between two people that sets an intention for mutual growth.

Please commit to your self development, business growth and show up for this program.

Use the extra resources I provide and honor your path. By showing

up for this process, you are showing up for yourself, your business and your healing journey.

Confidentiality

I hold confidentiality in extremely high value. I do not share any personal information of yours outside of this program, nor do I share it with anyone else.

Everything discussed in the classes and our private sessions is completely confidential.

I recognize that anything the client shares with me is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information. I undertake not to, at any time, either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information the client shares with me inside of the Mentorship Program.

Medical conditions

If receiving treatment from a medical doctor, psychologist or a psychiatrist, the client agrees to provide a letter from his/her specialist confirming he/she is fit to commence the Mentorship Program prior to the first class session.

Reiki does not take the place of therapeutic support from a licensed therapist. This process can enhance and support the work you are already doing with your therapist or become a supplement.

The client is aware that Reiki and/or Reiki Mentorship is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy.

Mentorship results are not guaranteed. The client enters into the Mentorship Program with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.

Right To Refuse Service

Reiki Healing Society reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a participant in the Mentorship Program at any time without liability and without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever. The Reiki Healing Society takes no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the Mentorship Program prior to its conclusion or for any actions or activity undertaken by any participant.

Cancellation Due To Booking Numbers

Reiki Healing Society reserves the right to cancel or modify any Mentorship Program if too few people booked in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.

Changes/Modifications

Reiki Healing Society reserves the right to make changes or modifications to any aspect of the Mentorship Program if, in the absolute discretion of Reiki Healing Society, it is necessary to do so due to conditions beyond our control or any other reason considered necessary by Reiki Healing Society.

Release of Liability

I, in exchange for $100 (included in the total payment for the Mentorship Program), voluntarily and while realizing the full legal significance of my action, waive and release, on behalf of myself, my heirs and my estate, all claims of whatever nature against Reiki Healing Society and their owners, operators, officers, employees, independent contractors, representatives, and/or agents including, but not limited to, claims of any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity or expense from any cause whatsoever arising out of, resulting from or in connection with the Mentorship Program.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless

It is expressly understood and agreed that Reiki Healing Society is not responsible for my individual conduct or my business decisions. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Reiki Healing Society, and their owners, operators, officers, employees, independent contractors, representatives, and/or agents for any and all demands, costs, losses, expenses, claims, recoveries, judgments and liabilities (including attorneys’ fees) of any nature arising out of, or in consequence of, my acts, words, conduct, etc. in any way connected with my participation in the Mentorship Program.

Go Pro with Reiki Mentorship Program Circle & Individual Agreements

• Offer your presence, without judgment, criticism or blame to self and others.

• Compassion is key for your own process and others in the group.

• This is a self-paced, self-directed process. Be responsible for your results. Take agency and show up for your visions and goals.

• Own your goals and your challenges. If you notice yourself not fully engaging in the process, what do you need to shift, change, or honor in order to realign?

• Inevitably challenges will arrive during this process. Commit to showing up anyway and come back to your vision.

• Be on top of your mental health.

• Respect others and their needs, even if they are not your own.

• Take what works for you from our resources, classes, and guidance, and leave what does not work for you.

• Adhere to non-violent communication as a guideline for all forms of group dialogue. This means using "I statements" and staying close to your own personal experiences rather than projecting.

• Seek Consent. Ask for permission and don't make assumptions. We don't know what might overwhelm or trigger someone, so ask for consent before doing individual processing with another member (such as through a direct message or email). We also ask for consent to share original content (ex. a poem someone has written) outside of the community.

• Bring your needs and concerns to me first.

• If you are lost, struggling or feeling behind, reach out for support.

• Watch for criticisms towards your self and others. What does it need from you? Why is it showing up?

• Give yourself and others patience, kindness and honor differences in paths, needs and bodies.

• Show up for yourself and others with integrity and kindness.

• Nothing shared within the group container will be shared outside of our group. Current and past group members must adhere to this on all platforms.

• Respect privacy needs and differences with body choices- including any and all COVID and political related issues.

• Please do NOT post or share advertisements, classes, promotions etc. in our online group space without my permission.

• Please do NOT share any of Go Pro with Reiki Mentorship Program resources or tools publicly without permission. Class recordings and all resources within this group container are private and for clients only.

• Enjoy the journey, lighten up and try not to get too serious!
