Reiki is a milestone on your healing journey. This course can mark your entry point into learning how to heal yourself naturally and also deepen and empower yourself if you have already been on that journey. Reiki provides both a method and a practice for self-healing and healing for others.

This training offers a traditional Japanese approach to learning and practicing Reiki. It is taught in the lineage of Usui Reiki Ryoho. It’s great for beginners who want to how to practice Reiki and it is also suitable for Reiki practitioners who are seeking a traditional approach to practicing and teaching Reiki.

Shoden is the traditional name for the first-degree Reiki training. This course focuses on healing for yourself, self practice, developing energetic sensitivity, and learning the history and theory of Reiki.

Course Prerequisites:

None, although an open heart & mind is useful

  • Online Reiki:

    • I am currently accepting new online Reiki student with this waitlist. Sign up to be in the know about upcoming Reiki I online trainings.

  • Live 1:1 trainings: If the timing doesn’t work for you or if you are eager to study Reiki as soon as possible, you can schedule time to study Reiki with me 1:1 over zoom in three hour teaching blocks. You can complete Reiki I in three meetings/nine hours total.

$100 non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is transferable to a future course if you need to cancel your enrollment from a course due to an unforeseen event. Lodging and meals are not included.
