Colorado friends!!! I am so stoked to return to the Colorado sunshine for AWAKE Festival in Evergreen this September!

AWAKE is a weekend-long, conscious gathering to restore, rejuvenate and reconnect! 3 days of yoga/wellness workshops and live music + FREE community vendor village and wellness presentations.

At the festival, I will be teaching a vinyasa class called "Embody the Flow of Energy."

I will also be offering a FREE presentation on Reiki, selling handcrafted malas, stickers and more in the vendor village.
